STEP 4: Call 1-800-477-5432
        (the support queue while open, may not be continually monitored. By placing a call to our support hotline, we can insure that you get immediate assistance)

STEP 5: Ask for a support engineer for the product with which you require assistance.

STEP 6: Provide the support engineer with your TeamViewer ID and password.
