EAGLE Customer Support Forum Up and Running
January 22, 2008 -- Salina, KS -- EAGLE's new Customer Support Forum launched in October 2007, and currently has 31 active members and is growing every day. EAGLE's Customer Support Forum is designed for current EAGLE Watch™ customers to find answers to frequently asked questions, and current information on release versions of software.
"Our EAGLE Support Forum is another avenue for EAGLE to share and distribute information about the products and/or services we offer," explained Casey Knudson, EAGLE System Engineer and moderator of the EAGLE Support Forum. "As the Forum grows, it will be a simple and fast way for our customers to find answers to basic support issues."
If you are a current EAGLE Watch™ customer on support, you can join our forum at http://support.eaglesoft.com/forum/ where you can create a login and password.
