The series, which was co-sponsored by CommVault, Spectra Logic and Dell, demonstrated tools IT Managers could utilize to help ease the management load created with new releases of applications, like Microsoft Exchange and Sharepoint and VMware vSphere 4.0. In addition, minimizing backup windows, offloading backup traffic, and deduplication were discussed.
Attendees, once again, saw these solutions demonstrated in a live demo environment. Look for more information on EAGLE's next seminar series; "SAN School", starting this May. In SAN School, attendees will learn about the latest SAN features, in a classroom setting with access to a live SAN via a virtual desktop connection.
