November 14, 2007 - Salina, KS - Casey Knudson has joined
EAGLE's engineering team as a Product Support Specialist. His responsibilities
include assisting customers with support issues via telephone support.
In addition, he'll be heading up a soon to be launched storage support
forum, hosted by EAGLE for EAGLE customers.
"EAGLE has always been a leader in customer support from the technical side, and with the addition of Casey, our team will be even more available to assist our customers immediatly with their support needs," noted Dave Hiechel, President and CEO of EAGLE Software.
